how do i deit

I know there are deit fourm's everywhere but i have to ask again. How do i deit while i'm still growing. I know that i need alot of calorie's if i want to grow but having about 3 inchs of fat on my stomect really suck's so how should i deit to lose weight and still grow. please help thanks.
 
you dont diet

it is no coincidence that the word diet contains the word 'die'

what you do is create a solid nutrition plan

this nutrition plan should comprise of around 7 meals a day

it should be high protein, moderate carb and moderate fat

you should avoid saturated, or trans fats

you should avoid simple, sugary carbohydrates

you should eat as natural as possible

and you should exercise

exercise should be a mix of both cardio and weight training

weight training causes muscle growth, and muscle is metabolically active tissue

metabolically active tissue needs energy

this means you burn more calories even when not doing anything

cardio should be done 5 times a week / every day. to intensity

a good method is interval training. high intensity, to low intensity, to high intensity, etc.

this causes a debt, which means more calories will be burnt not only during the activity, but also after

weight training should be done 3-5 times a week

could not have said it better myself. totally agree with this post. As long as you eat a clean diet you should be fine. Also drink 2-5L of water/day.
 
thanks for the reply's everytime i ask a question i get like 3 different answer's this time i got one. but you guy's it ok to weight train i'm still only 13 and about 5'3 so i'm scard about my hight.
