Sorry if this Q has been asked before, I'm a newbie and still finding my feet here, I am also a newby to exercising and watching what I eat, well I am yet to watch what I eat, so would love information on how to count my calories.
Someone on here wrote that a good way to help with your eating is to count calories so if you could shed some light that would be fantastic.
Some good news, I have been working out for 7wks and have lost 8kgs so far, I am well overweight and have lots to go, but I did expect to have lost a bit more by now and I know that I haven't because of my eating so help please... thanks
