I am really confused. When I weighed myself on January 1st I was 134.2 lbs. I weighed myself this morning (3 days later) and I am 130.8 lbs. Is that even possible to lose that amount of weight in so little time, or is my scale not working? I suppose I could have lost water weight because I haven't been good about drinking water, and I have drank a lot the past few days, but I dunno. Does anyone have any insight?
