My fiance is about the same height as me, 7 years older (29), works out less than me and is less than 10lbs heavier than me (I think he's around 145lbs). It's hard eating dinner with him, because I always feel like I should be able to eat as much as him, I mean I'm only 22 and I work-out regularly, but when I start eating the same as him, I actually gain weight! And that's not even including the sugary pops and fruit juices he drinks and I avoid!
Is it genetics? Gender?
