I have a peared shape body although i am a male , and that annoys me in everything i wear and it make me embarrassed to wear swimsuit 
- all what i want is to decrease the width of the lower body , so please don't tell me to work on upper body only and ignore my main goal.
- i know that it is healthy to have a peared shape but I can't really survive with that shape.
- please give me a timetable for exercising to be done in 2 months , that's the time i have left. ( i don't want to use suplements or pills )
