i was at my cardiologist this morning and nothing i heard was even remotely good news. according to an echocardiogram i had, one of the valves in my heart is leaking, my heart is enlarged (has to work harder), and of course i still have a murmur but he said thats nothing to worry about. also my ekg shows i have an arrhthmia which i didnt have at last year's cardio checkup.
my MRI showed i have had some TIA's which are "mini strokes".
so now i have to have a bunch more tests done although the doctor isnt really taking any of this very seriously because i'm only 33. but i used to work in the health field and i know what most of this means! he is just acting really blahssay about it saying its "unlikely" that i will drop dead of a heart attack because of my age. but i have heard of people dropping dead in their 20's with these sort of heart problems!
ok so now that i've bored you to death, what can i do now to lose weight without putting too much strain on my heart?
