how can i have thinner legs???

ok guys, i have tried running and swimming, but my legs just arent getting thinner!!!
i really need help here
how can i make my legs thinner,
doing alot alot of exercise and then not eating for one day until the body breaks down the fat???
please give advice
 
oh no, the last thing you want to do is not eat. when you starve your body, it will want to hang on to the fat as much as possible and will sacrifice lean muscle mass. this will shoot your metabolism to all heck.

meals should be based off lean protein, complex carbs and good fats. eat 5 to 6 small meals each day. not to stuff yourself but to keep your metabolism steady.

have you considered mixing in some HIIT training into your routine?
