She's in her 40s and has fluctuated in weight for ages now.
How can I get trim sexy legs like this?
 
1. CHOOSE YOUR PARENTS: if you don't have the right genetics, you will never look like that
2. that said, you can improve what god gave you greatly with a good all round exercise and nutrition life style. Alternate 3 days a week of heavy weight lifting with 3 days of 20 minutes of running and stretching. Read the stickies in the weight training section of this forum for ideas on a starting strength program and read the stickies in the nutrition section for information on a healthy diet. Ok, first of all you don't compare yourself to celebrities and say "I want to look just like her!" It leads to frustration as you cannot change your genes and make your legs thin if they aren't meant to be thin. And besides that, most of celebrities are photoshopped anyway.
However, if you want to tone up your legs I recommend running and cycling.
 
It all starts with your attitude. If you do not believe you can never have legs like that, then you will not. That’s the truth about fitness and life.
Second, a lot of toning Is involved. So rest assured, if you are not into big heavy lifting – none is required. However high reps of whatever exercise you do choose will be required – depending how quickly you want these legs. Spin classes have really helped shave my legs pretty good – now I have to add bulk. Jogging, and stair-stepping will also play an important factor.
Just write your goal down and go after it. You can get legs like her – do not let anyone tell you different!
