alright i work my ass off mon-sat. I run 3 miles on every1 of those days and than i have a full body workout 3-4 times a week. My diet makes me suffer at times and almost gets to my head on days, just because i hate looking at food in my house that i cant have lol. SO i'm wondering what do you guys consider to be an alright junky food cheat calorie increase , because on sundays i have an extra amount of calories because i like to eat 2 cheat foods that add up to an extra 400 calories.
