When I'm exercising the reading will say I've managed to work off roughly 500 or 550 calories.
How accurate are these readings. I'm talking about an eliptical trainer.
How accurate are any of those machines?
I use it at my gym. It is not a cheap one for personal use, if this makes a difference.
