I just turned 23...and about 6 months ago i was on here talking about my great weight loss journey, blah blah blah, whatever it never really happened, in fact it hit reverse hard, i weighed myself tonight for the first time in months, 389 pounds...I mean im 6'6" 6'7" and somehow i have natural muscle mass that makes me look no bigger then 320 pounds, but the scale doesn't lie, so instead of sinking my head back into the potato chip bag I decided to start all over again, im spent as far as exercise goes I can hardly stand for an hour let alone run or whatever, but as of now im going to start on a strict 2000 calorie max a day diet on weekdays, and 2400-2500 on weekends, im not gonna weight until Christmas or new years and make it my resolution, I need this now and this time im not going to dick around, im talking calorie counting on the scale every week, walking regularly (as i get more comfortable in my own skin again) weight loss goodness, and im hoping my friend who is shorter then me (6'0" or) and is about 365 pounds will join me but if not, its not his time....wish me luck i'll keep you updated if you have any tips or comments go ahead and throw them my way, if not enjoy my journal. My first goal albeit a big one down to 300 pounds, by april, if i make it i'll make it if i dont i'm sure i'll still weight alot less then 389 pounds so i'll be happy lol.
