Ouch! You have my sympathy, but I don't see everything as bad there. You are still losing weight (albeit slowly) and you are very aware of what cravings you are feeling build up. This knowledge helps you know what you are going to have to watch out for, and if you keep losing the weight, I'd like to point out that you are STILL losing weight and building better eating habits.
I understand getting sick of the same foods, and I know about eating out. I even can sympathize with the large amounts of weight lost and no changes in your measurements; I get that too. I guess all I can really say is "I feel for you."
I have to vary my diet quite a bit when I'm NOT on a food plan, so the past month or two has been a real challenge for me, as well. It might be time to shop for different foods to keep around the house, and maybe some more fresh fruits for snacking. I used to hate eating fruit of almost any kind, but lately it has really been a lot of help to me; you might benefit from a couple of pounds of grapes in the house. Maybe not, your call, but try to look for something sweet that is relatively good for you; I never knew how comparatively low in calories fruit was before the last few weeks.
I think part of the problem folks (like me) have is that many of us worry about "seeing" the loss, and if it doesn't show up right away, we really can't tell so we get frustrated and depressed. It's rough, but even if you go berzerk for a week and eat everything in sight, you'll want to get back on your food plan again.
Take some time and read over your posts here in your diary again, think about the things you have said and maybe consider coming in and posting more often. Several of us realized something funny a little while back: We often come here and "chat" when we feel like snacking. It helps me.
Some folks might say "tough it out, you're doing fine, just maintain yourself awhile longer until the urge passes" but it sounds like you have already done that and are really desperate and out of ideas. So... take a break, focus on just eating healthy foods for a few days. If you have something you KNOW is very heavy in calories, just try to limit it to a reasonable serving. I really like "splitting" an entree if I know I am going to have something that is bad for me; it helps to limit the damage. "Pasta alfredo? Great, can we get two plates with that? And some soup or salad ahead of the meal, please."
Nobody can eat perfectly all the time, and nobody can live on a diet forever, so what we have to do is change the way we eat, and build better eating habits. That really does have to be our ultimate goal, or else we'll just gain back the pounds we lose.
I'm not going to advocate eating a pizza by yourself or buying ice cream to keep in the fridge for snacks, but you are going to have to face a like without frozen meals at some point, even if you never decide to cook.
I hope to see you back soon and posting more often; nobody says you have to do this alone, but you are the one who has all the power here. Hopefully, some of the ideas you can read here will help.
