Well I hope I can do it this time. I have tried to lose weight in the past and had some sucess but then stopped when it got to hot to want to move...lol me and summer do not get along. But this time I am going to do it! My goal for now is to get back to where I was just before my last pregnancy which was 160 lbs. During the pregnancy I ballooned up to 220lbs and have managed to get back down to 180. Up til now my routine was walking just about 10 k five days a week it is a pain during winter as it does get super cold.
So now my plan is to workout at least four days a week plus the walks, and not really change my diet but I'm giong to eat smaller portions and incorporate a couple of snacks. I'm using fitday so I can keep track of what I eat and log my workouts/activities.
