I've done many sessions of cardio exercises on stationary bike, treadmill, elliptical, etc. I read about how exercise helps to stimulate the production of endophins and how people feel good about doing exercise.
To me, I've never felt that bliss.. I mean other than the feeling of discipline and accomplishment of having done them, I don't really felt that good. Like some info I read that some people are addicted to exercise coz of the feeling that it gave them. Or I might be doing something wrong... Not in exercise sense of course, I sweated and got the heartrate up.
So it makes me really wonder, do you feel that wonderful feeling I mean the endophins related stuff, after your exercise?

And another time after I ran I just felt...awesome. But I hate running, and it's only happened once. I wish it happened more often!! So it is possible to feel great after a workout. Here are some questions for you: are you drinking enough water? what level of activity are you putting in when you exercise? Did you get enough sleep the night before? I think all those things factor in, and if you can get lucky enough to have all the pieces fit you might experience the feeling sometime. And the feeling, even though I've only had it like twice was well worth it! I felt like I was on top of the world! But even if you never experience it, try not to let it discourage you. It doesn't mean you're not working as hard as others, some people are just lucky I guess.
