Homemade Tuna helper

ingredients:
Tuna (in water)
Cream of Mushroom (in a can, low sodium)
Wheat noodles whatever you like

Cook your noodles and drain, add your cream of mushroom soup and your tuna and voila. Homemade (sorta) tuna helper. =) I have made this several times and to me, it's a better healthier option compared to the boxed version.
 
I've been doing this myself for years. I usually add frozen peas (get the veggies in) and a little cheese.

Also, feel free to experiment with your "cream of" soups. Broccoli and celery work too.
