Homemade Peanut Butter?

I cant find natural peanut butter anywhere - only the stuff with lots of saturated fats and sugar. So I'm thinking I'll make my own - how do you make peanut butter? Anyone got a good healthy recipe, low in fat and sugar? Thanks.

all you would do, is grind up whole, shelled peanuts. unsalted. no sugar added.

natty peanut butter is nothing but peanuts, and sometimes a little salt.

are there any organic stores around you? there's one here that doesn't have premade natty PB, but they have a peanut grinder. you just bring in your own jar, they pre-weigh it, then you fill it and the weigh again, subtract difference, and charge you for that amount.

you need a pretty good food processor to get it puree'd enough at home.
and when it is ground, stir it up a bit to mix the oil into the ground nuts.
