Scales Question
Hi,
We bought some scales which are supposed to measure your muscle %, body fat % and water %. As well as your weight obviously.
I'm not really interested in those features (except for weight) as i dont know if they are accurate.
My question is, do the scales judge those features based purely on your weight, selected gender, selected height and selected age, or does it send some weird electrical pulse in your body to get those calculations?
Sounds stupid i know but ive seen other scales which can measure body fat and such and they all seem to have weird looking metal shapes where you put your feet.
If that makes sense, can anyone explain how they work?
