There is this guy
who posts workouts via YouTube. He lost weight the old-fashioned way, pretty much the only way that works. Anyway, he uses his bodyweight. He does use some equipment, but mostly he got very inventive in ways to get a good workout, like for instance using his door frames and stuff. As far as I know, he doesn't sell anything, he posts all this stuff for free, so I guess maybe it is okay to post his name here (Arnel). You can probably just search it on YouTube. When viewing his website, I only saw mostly guys following his workouts, so I just thought it was too intense for me. I haven't visited his site in a long time so I don't know if he gives nutritional advice or not.
I have a treadmill, exercise ball, 5 and 10 lb handweights, bands that came with the ball and someone is giving me one of those little portable steppers. My favorite is the swimming pool, though. Just playing around with the kids for an hour can burn just as many calories as the 30 minutes I put into the treadmill.
