Hola! Newbie from Chile!

Hello everyone!

I discovered this forum just today while I was searching for "before and after" photos for inspiration for my weight loss.

Im 27 years old and Im fighting against obesity since I was 13 years old, I always had to be careful with what I eate and after I got pregnant I lost control.

So here I am, with 100 kilos (220.46 lbs.) and being completely hopeless.

I started dieting a week ago (again) and I started a soft workout (30 mins. to start) cause Im just sick and tired of looking and feeling the way I do.

I want to be able to play and run with my daughter without gasping after a few meters... I know you will understand.

I first goal is 176 lbs and my ultimate goal is 110 and I hope with the inspiration you all have gave me after reading a lot of treads I can make it happen!

This next saturday I have a date with the scale so hopefully I have some good news to share!

Some stats:

height: 5'2 (if this calculator is correct) or 159 cms.
Weight 220.46 lbs. or 100 k.

And some graphic evidence, hopefully the pics will show a smaller version of me as time goes by.
