Hello there! I've been slowly working my way back to getting on track; after following all kinds of forums where ppl aren't taking the steps necessary to get results, it's so refreshing to find this forum. I've been working towards a healthier lifestyle over the last two years, with two seriously dedicated stints that allowed me to lose 30lbs of fat and gain a few pounds of muscle. This time around, I'm aiming to lose 15-20 pounds of fat total. I'm really excited to start transforming my body (yet again!) and tear down my previous personal bests!
