Hola to everyone. I come from the small third world country of Guatemala. My name is Jake (Don't ask why i dont have a hispanic name) and I am 15 yrs old. I came to this site in search of losing some weight. I used to be around 166. Now I weight about 153. But I want to lose some mre weight. Hopefully be around low 140's, maybe lower, and a smaller waist, hopefully reach somewhat of my goal around Mayish (that would be amazing.) The sport I play is soccer. What I currently do is to lose wieght is I work out for around 20-25min everyday (Unless I have stupid homework :p) and I am trying to ride my bike for at least 30minutes everyday (but it has been too windy the days I have been trying to start. 55mph gusts yesterday. If you live on east coast, you know where I am). I really don't watch what I eat, Just anything that tastes good. Well reading all the greetings everyone has a little story on how they became "big". Here is mine

Well when I was younger I had a terets bad and ADD and all that good stuff. So the doctor prescried my medicines for these issues. Well that lowered my metabolism BY A LOT. I became lazy and ate a lot. It wasnt until I was around 11 yrs old they took me off of it because my terets had become mangable. But it was too late then. I was quite big. But since I started high school, I have been trying to lose all this weight.

So people here, please help me lose some more weight. I am of course open to new ideas, new more healthy foods, new work out stategies. Yes this has been a long post, but I just like talking. Gracias y tenga un día agradable
