Hiya!

Hi I'm Bryn from the UK, only just found this forum, I would class myself as a hardgainer, it's a pain. I kickbox twice a week so this probably doesn't help with the whole mass gain thing. I'm 23, 5ft 7 and weigh about 10st last time I checked my body fat percentage was around 8% I'm a complete newbie and am looking to use this sight to finally help gain some mass.
