Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself.
I've been trying to lose weight for as long as I can remember - I love my food!
But after having my second baby I really started working hard at it. Still having trouble with controlling my diet, but I'm exercising 5 days a week and trying to make healthier food choices. It seems to be working so far. But not as fast as i would like to...

Hiya Tatous! I noticed your post because we nickname our youngest daughter tayto!
You have done so well so far! What programme are you doing if any? I found one of the greatest tools online is the free LIVESTRONG site. I use WLF for frineds and chat and the other to track my food and exercise, it kinda takes the brainwork out! Good luck reaching your goal!

That site looks pretty good, will check it out better!
I'm not on any programme as such, just really trying to cut the bad stuff (sugar and bad fats) and doing some sort of a zig zag diet... Thought of going to Slimming World but tbh couldn't be bothered paying...
I've a trainer who put together an exercise plan for me and I think that is what is making the biggest difference.
Are you on any plan?
