Height: 5'5"
Start weight 143.88 lbs (1st March 06) eeek! - lingering post preg fat!
Current weight: 129 lbs
BF %: 21- i think. (not sure about the cheap handheld thing i have.)
Goal: to reduce body fat and increase muscle
Current program: mostly weight training, some running, body jam, body combat classes.
