First I should introduce myself. I weighed 240, which was my maximum weight. At the moment I'm 230, I've been working on my fitness somewhat. What I plan to do here is be a great member and receive information and pass it on. I'll be creating a diary so you guys can keep me in check.

My goal: 190-195
Current Weight: 230

welcome to the forum! and all the best with your weight loss goals. The diary idea is great, i also really liked that idea because i feel publicly accountable for my actions you know? There's loads of great info and people on the forum so feel free to explore.:hurray:
