Hello...
First off, I'm happy to finally sign up after a long time of procrastinating lol.
Ok a little about me... I'm Asian, 21 years old, 5'1 and weigh a horrible 151 lb.
I use to be rather skinny at about 120 lb but after i hit college i just didn't have time to move anymore. I was literally running on 15hours max of sleep per week for 2years due to homework. (no lies was all homework) After realizing that i didn't want that life anymore, i dropped out but by then i gain 20 lb already. After gaining 20lb, and still in my habit of having small amount of sleep per week, I gain yet another 10 lb in 10months. I've finally decided that I want to really do something for myself, and something i will be proud of and that's getting myself back to atleast 125 lb. I dont know if this is asking for a lot but I would like you all to help support me on my weight loss and give any tip if you can. Will be extremely helpful. Buddies are welcome as well ^^
