Hi guys,
I've been very determined to lose weight since being on break from studies. I've joined the gym and I tend to eat about 1400 calories a day.
I go to the gym 4 times a week and do mainly cardio; running, cycling etc I also do rowing and a tiny amount of weights.
Over the past 4 years whenever I get down to 13 stone 12 pounds (194 pounds) it ALWAYS seems to stop dead and I make no progress whatsoever.
I got down to this weight about a month ago, then I went to a music festival and drank loads of beer and had loads of junk food so I gave up when I got back. Now that I'm back into it I'm once again stuck. I've not had any change in weight for about 9 days.
Any advice? The dream is to get to 12 stone 12pounds.
