HIIT workout

Hey everybody,

I've started my "lose 25kg/55 pounds program" about 5 weeks ago and I lost about 6kg/13 pounds with diet and basic cardio (stationary bike).

I know that the first kgs/pounds are easier to get rid off, after that it becomes more difficult and its my case also. In the past week I can barely say I lost any weight so I started using a HIIT workout, or I hope its HIIT :)

My gym program looks like this:

- 15 mins on the stationary bike, 5 intervals of high intensity and 6 intervals of low intensity, each interval of about 1 min 15 seconds. I'm using the same RPM (about 70 rotations/min) for all intervals, only the resistance of the bike doubles on the high intensity intervals. This is the closest program to HIIT I could find on the bike's computer.
- 30 mins of weight lifting, various muscles groups
- 15 more mins on the stationary bike, same routine as above.

Does this look ok to you, as a HIIT workout/weight loss workout? Are the intervals too long? Almost all HIIT programs I found suggest a 30 sec interval (and not 75 sec like in my case) and also suggest that the high intensity interval should be a high speed one, not a high resistance, like I do it.

Thank you
