HIIT Workout

I started doing the HIIT Cardio workouts this week to see how I liked them. I really enjoy them they are really hard if you honestly do it like you are supposed to. They are kicking my butt, has anyone else did these for any length of time and if so how did you like it?
 
I do HIIT about 2x a week usually. It's good to mix it up with other stuff. It definitely keeps things interesting.

Usually once or twice a week is good enough for me. It's the only thing that gets my heart rate up in the 190's. I try to do it outside with running but since it's been cold lately, I've been doing it on the recumbent bike. It's not as much fun that way but it still works.
