HIIT with own body weight, need a NEW DIET!!!!!!!!

hi all,
HIIT has helped me lose just over 3st in 4months and so has my strict diet, i have noticed a BIG difference in my physic and performance and im proud of it!!!!
but in the last month and ahalf iv hit a massive plateau which is upsetting and making me lose my will power!!!!!
can someone please help with a new diet???????!!!!!!!!!

current diet
Is the usuall 6 meals aday consisting of chicken, turkey,fish,eggs,veg,fruit ect......

exercise
all my exercises are hiit but i alway change it about as i know ours bodys get used to the same routine in time

HELP PLS

Couple of questions: Do you have a goal weight or body fat % or shape you're aiming for? When you say you've hit a wall, i'm not sure what level you're at and how you may need to change things up to see more results.
Also, many variations of HIIT out there, so are you mostly focused on cardio or strength training or both?
Diet selection sounds reasonable, but it doesn't give me any indication of portion sizes and nutritional ratios. We want to make sure you're eating the right amount of these great foods for you size and body type.

Iv not got a target body fat % but I just want to see my abs!!!
I'm currently 5ft 11" 15st 5lbs muscular but still have a bit of Chubbiness around the belly
And waist, but wen i calculate my bmi it works out 30.00% bmi!!!!

My meal portions are a good size ( I can tell iv eaten but they don't fill me up)

Hiit is mainly cardio and calisthenics body weight training for strength ! And I always Change my routines around
