hello everyone! im new here and SO exited to be starting on this journey! im 18 years old and have hated my body for as long as i can remember! so im finally going to do this the right way and get fit and healthy! i need to lose about 2-3 stone so it going to be tough...but im ready for the challenge! i cant wait to be happy!
