OK i launches, Hi everyone my name is Alessandra i'm 25.
i was born in France but i live currently in Egypt, i am rondelette as we say in France since i had approximately 11 12 years old.
I have never had much eating, but don’t do any exercise:banghead:, so that's why.
all your articles give me the urge to register and to receive and give support to all.

And I shall tell you what I never say ..........................
I m 174 lbs for 5'2 only the man of my life knows and you now ......
Ah yes I have forgotten i'm engage and the crucial day in june 2009:svengo:
I would… no I want to lose 54 pounds. I already lost 22 pounds in august:hurray:

Here I stopped I've not yet the courage to post pictures but I would very soon

so you think you've gained weight just due to lack of excersize?? you say your eating habits are just fine??? not sure if I buy that unfortunatly. Maybe you should track your cals for a few dys and see what your getting on average...you might be surprised??

Korrie I didn't mean that my "eating habits are just fine", just that my sedentary lifestyles was stagnate my weight, due to lack of excercise. Even if i track my calories.

And brianistist you right so I started running with my fiancé........ It was terrible :ack2: He was terrible !
