Hi,
I am currently trying to lose weight and get back from a shoulder surgery I had, its showing itself more difficult then I thought. Just looking for some support as I workout and eat healthy and just try not to get burned out. =)
 
Getting back into the groove after something like an injury or surgery is always difficult. Take it slow and don't hurt yourself. Focus on your diet and when you're healed, you can go back to working out.
