I need some advice, I am 20 nearly 21 and I need to tone up I have always been quite fat but I have been told I don’t need to lose any more weight I am a size 32 waist and don’t see myself been big but I know I do have areas that need toning up.

I don’t have time to go to the gym as I work 14 hours a day so need some advice on how I can tone up at home, I have some weights and the wii fit but not sure if that’s going to help.

I eat ok usually around 2 pieces of fruit daily and do some exercise but not allot I have sit down job the main areas I would like to improve are my Moobs, love handles and my legs, I would also like to tone up my arm muscles

Any advice would be muchly appreciated.

The perfect type of training to get you into shape and losing the moobs is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

These are short and quick but highly effective and you don't need any equipment.

In each group you will have 2 exercises, an upper body and lower body.

You will perform the first exercise for 20 secs then have a rest for 10 secs, then perform the other exercises for 20 secs followed by a 10 secs rest.

You will repeat this 3 more times (4 rounds overall). Once you have done this, you have one minutes rest before moving on to the next circuit.

An example circuit would be:

Squats
Press ups

Along with your exercise you need a good nutritional plan. You cannot out train an bad diet. Get rid of all the rubbiosh from your diet i.e. processed food, alcohol (for at least the time being).

And start to eat more naturally foods (as organic as you can). Eat protein with every meal and snack healthily inbetween.

Drink plenty of water, filtered water. 1 litre for every 50lbs of body weight. Sounds like a lot, well it is but you will get used to it. Just add a tiny pinch of salt to your water, this will help.

Try this and see how you get on.
