my name's chelsea, i'm 19 and wanting to get back into shape. i want to regain my confidence and (possibly) enlist in the military. i have been trying to come up with some sort of work-out plan at home because 1) i cannot afford a gym membership in my current situation 2) i have no equipment whatsoever and will not be able to buy any anytime soon! i have tried searching the internet because i am new to this and don't have the first clue about anything, all it comes up with is workouts for people with all kinds of equipment. if anyone has any suggestions for at home workouts i would appreciate it greatly
