Sheepish hello. Been searching around the net for different sites to get some motivation, support and advice.
I've been training for a couple of years now and am trying to achieve a physique I'm happy with. No matter what I can't seem to get the physique I want ad get rid of the amount of puppy fat that hides (hopefully) what I've got under there!
In short I on average work an awkward shift poattern with work but when I'm on days (and not able to get to the gym) do 17 miles of bike riding (to and from work).
I get to the gym 3 times minimum a week (unless I have a week of days then I do 1 or 2 but that mean 4-5 days of cycling).
At the gym I do weights and train pairs of muscle groups AND abs every time.
When I'm at work it's an active job with cycling and walking as part of the job and also a fair amount of hands on type work!
I currently weight 89kg (seriously NOT happy with that)
I am 6'2" tall
My aim to have a defined physique but a bit of muscle more than skinny definition if that makes sense and really want to get rid of the flabby bits! I'm also quite a fussy eater and need to really get involved and into a network that's informative and supportive.
I know I annoy the wife wiht how focused I am on body image (which doesn;t help with motivation) but I'm fed up of being not happy so am here for a bit of help and support).
