hi everyone, I'm Kasey.. 24 years old, mommy of two.. I've wanted to lose some weight for years and just decided to get up and do something about it, instead of sit around, wishing it would happen for me. I have approx. 30-35 pounds to lose, and am on my third week of going to the gym on a regular basis, and I have to say.. for someone who always dreaded excersize, I am really enjoying, not to mention looking forward to my workouts! I'm changing the way I eat as well, portion control has never been my strong point in the past but, I'm trying to keep in mind that food is a necessary fuel for my body, and that I should make every bite beneficial.
