My name is suzanne.I just turned 46.I have always been into fitness.May I please join your group?I am just starting to workout out more after a back injury awhile back that acts up sometimes when I over do it so I am starting off slowly walking and toning for a few weeks so I can start working out to my exercise video's again.I have not been doing well at all with my diet.I will now.

My goals are to slowly get back in shape.For the next 3 to 4 weeks I will walk outside and start toning lightly with hand weights and floor and standing toning and work up to more each day.I have many exercise video's I would like to start working out to again.I will start off by watching the sugar and fat in my diet.I have pretty much done and lived by the body for life program.Just kind of doing my own thing to it.You can eat what ever you want one time a week.It is called your fun day.(my diet has been very poor and I have been eating pretty much what I want which is not good.But I love food.I need to lose about 10 to 15 pounds and I know I need to do both the diet and exercise for it to work.I have gotten real lazy with everything and need lots of motivation please.LOL.

A very warm welcome to the forum, Suzanne. I will be 48 in August; Diet and fitness can change your life and how you feel about yourself. You just have to apply "enough of you" to get this done.
