hi

Well, I am not new to working out but it has been quite some time. In short, I was in a car accident that changed my 6 day a week and sometimes 2x's a day working out schedule to just about nothing. I am currently, in the worst shape that I have ever been in and I need to get back to the "healthy/fit" me.

Part of the problem is that I am no longer near any gym and motivation does not seem to be a driving force for me anymore. Self motivation was always one of my best qualities and now, I just can't seem to find it.

Any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Refind your desire to exercise through an activity which you enjoy. Yesterday I realized just how bored I am becoming with training inside the gym. I have found that outdoor training with odd objects is awesome. I didnt quit, rather modified my plan.

Great advice!

Today, I actually started coaching t-ball. If a bunch of young children don't get me moving then I would imagine that nothing could.

Im sure you will be able to find motivation around here becasue there are many people who will share the same goals, experiences, views. Also lots of great advice you will find here. Stick around, keep posting and im sure youll be back on track ;)
