hi i guess i'll just post general things

Age: 16
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 160lbs

i'm a hurdler and jumper for my school's track team. i've been doing track for 5 years.

Goals: To build pecs, back, traps


my legs and arms are well developed. i don't know what my body fat % is but i'm positive it's low, i'm very lean. i have trouble building my pecs and back. help!

Hey, welcome to the forum. You'll find lots of help here on how to build a workout routine based on your needs. If you want to bulk up, take a look at your diet as well.

u told me to respond so here ya go.................i'm usually online every night from 6-8pm

and i don't want to get too bulky cuz that'll make me slower. i just want my pecs and back to be more proportionate with my legs cuz my quads, hamstrings, and calves make the rest of my body look like crap
