Hi all,

Would like to say a quick hello to everyone on this forum, Hello:)

first forum I have joined, as this seems a sincere one, and sensible with it, so hopefully will learn lots.

I am 39, been training along time and feel that I have had good results.

I am not a member of a big gym, I don't use any machines and I train on my own.

Some stats:

5'8
165lbs
10% BF

Hopefully I will gain more knowledge from you guys and you from me:D
