Hi

Hi everyone :) !
So let me introduce myself -

My name is Adam, I'm 19 and I'm from Slovakia.
I've always been very thin and was never really bothered as to how I looked. This lead me to leading a very unhealthy lifestyle and last year my belly and ass (sorry, cant call that bunch of fat butt :eek2: ), grew like crazy ! :p

Now Im thin with a big belly and big butt, so in September I decided to start working out as I decided it's about time I look like a man.
I didn't really enjoy it in the beginning, I often didn't go for 2-3 weeks, but last time the guy in the fitness finally asked me if I wanted a training program a wrote 1 for me. So being motivated by knowing Im doing things right, I actually started enjoying it.

So just wanted to say hi and I hope I find some info on nutrition and motivation in here :)

I always had a hard time going to the gym. I loved it once I got there. But now I live in the country and there are no gyms except the ranch-- which is a workout. But I neglected routine fitness until last month I started a program of resistance type training and 60 second bursts I can fit in while for example waiting for the water to heat up for my tea. I do 20 a day and also have a routine I work in in the evening using the exercise ball and resistance ropes. I have found that the regular routine is necessary even if I am usually active because it helps me prepare my muscles and (at my age) my joints for the work I am going to ask of them during my regular ranch activities. I have seen some results-- such as waist shrinking but amazingly enough my weight just stays the same. Thats kind of weird isn't it? Well Good luck with your new workout program.
