I am new here- I am a 26 year old girl from scotland, 5ftish and I weigh about 9 stone 5. I am looking to be about 8 stone 5 , so need to lose a stone:eek:

I have been going to the gym with my friend quite a lot, but havent seen much results yet. Had an appt with a trainer at the gym and he showed me various exercises to use the machines etc, I tryto go to 2 classes a week and walk and cycle most weeks as well.

Hope to get some info/support etc and give as well if I can!
 
you may find its the drink and food thats stopping you.
ALso you may find taking some suppliments to help you break though. but its down to you. i seriously think its what ur eating thats stopping you.

Could also be that you made not varrying ir exersize or pushing your self to hard. just some ideas for you. Try adding fibre to ur diet to bulk up if your eating to much calories
