Hey everyone!

I'm a 20 year old college student in Kentucky.

Of course I gained the freshman 15... and then some... lol

I'm 5'7 and weigh 145. I graduated high school weighing 110 my dream is to back at this weight...

About a month ago I cut cokes and fast food from my diet. I bought a steamer and started steaming veggies and rice.

From doing this I've lost around 5 pounds.

I've had a gym membership for about a year and I haven't used it because I feel STUPID at the gym and I have NO IDEA what to do. I'm also VERY shy so asking someone hasn't been much of an option.

My goal weight for now is 130 but I'm not sure what my goal amount of time should be.

But I'm here just to learn more about what I'm trying to do and I'm trying to start a gym routine but of course I don't know where to start.

Hopefully I benefit from the use of this forum! :)
