Hello everyone :)

Errm I don't know where to start, but I just joined this community!

I am currently 176~180 CM++ and 110 KG++ :eek: (In my country we use CM and KG :p)

Fortunately I am fat but tall (I am asian and I know it "Malaysian")

But I really hate being so.....fat :0 since its so limited to clothings we wear.


I am already controlling my calories input, but how long minimum that I need to do exercise daily? I usually go to GYM and use the godly treadmill :D

I really hope that I can get rid of my belly in like 6 months :>

Start with 20-30 minutes per day and then build up. If you start with too much you will burn out or get an injury. Good luck!

Don't do the same thing over and over again when you exercise. Try to add intensity (Of course be careful and ALWAYS ALWAYS WARM UP BEFORE YOU START) so your body doesn't get used to it. This way you don't hit a plateau.
