Errm I don't know where to start, but I just joined this community!
I am currently 176~180 CM++ and 110 KG++
(In my country we use CM and KG
)
Fortunately I am fat but tall (I am asian and I know it "Malaysian")
But I really hate being so.....fat :0 since its so limited to clothings we wear.
I am already controlling my calories input, but how long minimum that I need to do exercise daily? I usually go to GYM and use the godly treadmill
I really hope that I can get rid of my belly in like 6 months :>
