probably like most people here ive joined the forum to get some advice, support and also a place to document my weight loss journey.

As of today i am starting my new healthy lifestyle, i thought i may as well sign up and start keeping a diary on the forum as i would like to record everything as i go along as it will help to keep me motivated.

Documenting your weight loss is such a great idea. I'm glad I did that from the start.

This way, you can go back through your journey and learn from your mistakes, remember achievements, realize your potential, and enjoy having the experience. I think it really solidifies the fantastic job that you've completed successfully.
