Hi everyone! My name is Chris, and I'm 31yrs old. I used to be very active playing rugby in college, and powerlifting after college. About 5 or 6 years ago I kind of quit doing anything fitness-based. I finally reached a point where I decided something had to give, so I started getting back in the gym and working to lose weight. So far I've lost almost 20lbs and normalized my blood pressure in a little over a month which has really gotten me pumped up to stick with it this time. I'm working my way back into powerlifting, but it's going to take some time to get my body back into that kind of shape. I'm more than willing to help/support anyone who needs it, and I'm sure I'll be needing some as well. Thanks!
 
Awesome! Yeah I'm not much of one anymore, but I'm getting back there. Still have pretty good deadlift strength, but my bench and squat are taking some work.
