I'm Jenn, I'm almost 30 and I am 5'1" and I weigh 205. I've never weighed this much, and I don't care for it too much.
I used to be very active....I was a third degree black belt in Tae kwon do, guess I still kinda am, I guess its something that doesn't just go away. In addition I would workout first thing in the morning every day, do my TKD, kickboxing, teach self defence, run and end my day with another workout in the gym. I loved working out. Since I worked at the studio where we did our TKD and was training to teach it, I worked out like 12 hours a day. I loved every moment of it.
I also didn't have an ounce of fat on my body, but then along came my little. Mommy had to get a real job.
So, I know what I need to do, I know how to do it, I can do this.
