hi there my name is dave, i live in london and i currently weigh 256 lbs and im 5ft 11 tall. my target goal is around 180 lbs then i will be happy.
i started off at 291 lbs in november and it took me 2 months to drop 35lbs and then i kinda just stopped? well ive decided to carry on and get to my goal!
anyways i thought id say hi and il be posting up updates and stuff as i go along
